Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AstrologyAPI, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality services to all our users. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refund & No Cancellation

All purchases made on AstrologyAPI are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription plan, API package, or any service has been purchased, no cancellations or refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

Subscription Continuity & Non-Renewal

In the event that a user chooses to discontinue the service:

The current active subscription cycle will continue until its scheduled end date.

The subscription will then be set to not renew for the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds or credits will be provided for the unused portion of the current cycle.

Reimbursement Policy (Exceptional Cases)

In rare or exceptional situations, any request for reimbursement will be reviewed internally at our sole discretion.

If approved, the reimbursed amount will not be transferred back to the original payment method.

Instead, the approved amount will be credited to the user’s AstrologyAPI wallet, which can be used for future API usage or services on the platform.
